Refund Information
Our Refund Policy
Tenki Link LLC offers a straightforward refund policy: if you purchase one of our PDF linkage guides and are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked. No forms to fill out. Just send us an email with your purchase details and we'll process the refund within 5 business days.
We extend this to more than 30 days in practice. If you contact us 35, 40, or even 45 days after purchase and explain why you were delayed, we'll honor the refund. Our goal is not to enforce a rigid policy but to make sure you're happy with what you bought. If you're not, we don't want your money.
What We Sell
Tenki Link sells PDF linkage guides — detailed documents that expand on the topics covered in our free essays. Each guide focuses on a specific climate connection in Tokyo and provides additional data, maps, route recommendations, and seasonal timing tables that go beyond what we publish on the website.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at connect@tenkilink.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following information:
- The email address used for purchase
- The name of the guide purchased
- The approximate date of purchase
- The reason for your dissatisfaction (optional, but helpful)
We process refunds within 5 business days of receiving your request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exceptions
There are no exceptions to our refund policy because there are no restrictions. We refund all guide purchases regardless of reason, including: you changed your mind, the content wasn't what you expected, you found the information elsewhere, you purchased by accident, or you simply don't need it anymore.
The only limitation is time. We ask that refund requests be made within a reasonable period after purchase. Our stated policy is 30 days, but as noted above, we routinely extend this. If you have a special circumstance, explain it and we'll work with you.
Technical Issues
If you experienced a technical problem with your download — the file was corrupted, the download link didn't work, or you were unable to access the file for any reason — contact us and we'll resolve the issue immediately. This is separate from the refund policy; we'll fix technical problems regardless of when they occur, even if your purchase was months ago.
Bulk and Institutional Purchases
If you purchased multiple copies of a guide for an organization, classroom, or group, the same refund policy applies to each copy individually. Contact us with the details of your bulk purchase and we'll process the refund for all unused copies.
